Refund and Return Policy for Swiftrapic

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and easy process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read our Refund and Return Policy below to understand the process and your rights.


1. Return Eligibility

You can return most products purchased from Swiftrapic within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and free gifts that were included in the purchase.
  • The product is not part of any non-returnable items, including certain digital products, software, and opened items.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Opened cameras, lenses, or electronics
  • Digital content, including software and downloads
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@swiftrapic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the product. This number is necessary for processing your return.

  3. Return Shipping: Once you have received your RA number, carefully package the product in its original packaging and include a copy of the return instructions and the RA number. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product to ensure that it is safely delivered to us. Swiftrapic is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit without tracking.


3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to inspect the returned product and issue the refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: Certain items, such as large or bulky products, may incur a restocking fee. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified in advance if a restocking fee applies to your return.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@swiftrapic.com and include:

    • A description of the damage or defect
    • Photos of the damage (if applicable)
    • Your order number
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the defective item, at no additional cost to you.

  3. Replacement or Refund: Once we receive the defective item, we will process a replacement if the product is in stock. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or color, you must follow the same process as a return. You will need to initiate a return, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the exchange item. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any difference in price between the returned item and the exchanged item.


6. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If you received a product as a gift and would like to return it, you can request a store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. To initiate the return, please contact our customer service team with the order number and gift recipient’s information.


7. Late Returns

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that are returned after the 30-day return window has closed. If you miss the return window, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you, though we are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange.


8. Return Exceptions

In some cases, Swiftrapic may refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the item has been opened, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling. Any item that does not meet the conditions outlined in our return eligibility criteria will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
